Roles and responsibilities:

1. Identify relevant influencers on all social media - Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
2. Dealing with everything about influencer marketing from A to Z: Briefing, negotiation, and managing influencer relations
3. Day-to-day account management, including the review of influencer trackers, reports, recaps, maintaining database invoices, budget management, revenue and engagement through attribution platform, etc
4. Managing ongoing influencer/brand ambassador programs
5. Uncover, experiment, and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth
6. Engaging with top micro-influencers operating across different countries and platforms

Note: The position has a US shift schedule (7:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) and is remote. We will require in-office presence during the onboarding training. This position requires working on Sundays, with all Fridays off and alternate Saturdays off.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Fluent spoken and written English communication
2. Strong people skills
3. Strong Attention to Detail skills
4. Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid decisions and evaluate campaign performance based on data
5. Strong googling skills
6. Good with Google Sheets/Excel

Compensation: ₹5 - ₹8 L  per year

Location: Hybrid (Initial 1 month from our office in Pune)
